What's in a Dog?

Dogs, man's best friend, has been and shall be forever. But what's in a dog? Dogs come in all shapes and sizes, colors and even smells. There are show dogs earning their owners hundreds of dollars, and there are mangy strays. Then there are the normal house dogs, a pet like what I have. Dogs are descended from wolves, who came to man thousands of years before, and since then we have given them food and shelter in return for hunting, getting us money, and companionship. Dogs are just straight up amazing.
